Sr. level consultants, advise clients, and manage client and internal projects, and deliver consulting level deliverables. Business development by identify sales opportunities with new clients and Identify additional opportunities in existing clients. Work directly with a V.P. to develop their service line or focus area from a business development, staffing, and methodology perspective. Responsible for Service delivery. Participate as needed, in HTMS Company planning and management meetings. Sr. level consultants manage client related projects Client Management to include:. Develop/manage relationship with senior management. Product monthly status reports. Participate in the sales process (SOW, resource requests, project budget and other documents as needed). Internal Meetings - participate in management meetings and company calls and meetings. Participate as needed, in service line or focus area bus development and methodology -Focus on a broad set of service or focus areas. May work as a Sr PM, PD, Sr BA, Sr TA dependent on projects.. All HTMS V.P.'s and Directors have a responsibility to provide good service to our clients as a routine component of daily work. In addition, there are a number of activities (with the list still evolving) that need to be performed to sell projects and services, manage engagements, management clients, and support administrative activities. Performing these activities is vital to the continuing success of HTMS and a responsibility for all of eth Senior Management Team.. Roles and Responsibilities. Identify opportunities with new clients. Identify additional opportunities in existing clients. Participate in the sales process (SOW, resource requests, project budget and other documents as needed). Close the deal. Engagement Management. Orient HTMS team members. Guide HTMS project team activities. Review/Revise deliverables. Update Share Point for client files on a timely basis (deliverables, communications, status reports and project management documents). Review and recommend for HTMS Methodology. Produce weekly client project status reports. Monthly review of project financials. Weekly review/approval of time and expenses (Quick Arrow). Client Management. Develop/manage relationship with senior management. Product monthly status reports. Review and approve Invoices. Service Delivery. Responsible for full time service delivery. Staff Management. Logistics/Set-up for (new) resources. Staff meetings. Identification of additional staffing needs. Participation in final interview/approval process. Staffing forecast. Internal Management. Develop and maintain designated service line(s) or practice area(s). strategic plan. business development plan in coordination with HTMS VP of Marketing. staffing in coordination with HTMS Chief Operation Officer. related methodology/tool. Meetings - participate in management meetings and HTMS company calls and meetings.. Minimum Requirements:. A minimum of 15 or more years experience in Health Care related Operations, IT, and Consulting Services.. Education:. Master's degree in a field applicable to this position, i.e., Health Plan Administration, Business, or other related field. Bachelor's degree with equivalent years experience may be substituted.. Critical Skills:. Must have demonstrated experience at a mid- higher level (Director or above) of an organization (consulting firm, vendor, or health plan) in regards to customer service, delivery of consulting service lines, and the ability to manage large varied projects and assist in developing a focus area or service line.. Experience is required in Project Director, Project Management, IT, Business Process Re-engineering, and healthcare operations across all lines of business.. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are required.. Demonstrated experience working at a mid-senior senior level of an organization in regards to planning, customer service, delivery of consulting service lines, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assist in developing a focus area or service line.. Expert use of multiple Healthcare related Core Claims Applications or Care Management, and related Ancillary applications and all Microsoft Office software tools.. Physical:.
